Watching KL Drift @TV3, I rec'd sms from my uncle Jugah M...informed that YB Dtk Joe E is in Miri, he invited us to dine with him at Dragon Seafood, Bakam. Initially, the venue was at Marina Bay; at 6:45 p.m. rec'd sms from my uncle the change of venue. I reached Dragon seafood @ 7:45 p.m., and those who came earlier have been waiting outside for YB Datuk's arrival. A few minutes after I came, YB Joe was driven by Dr Richard Will in his Ninja King..(felt honoured tudah YB duduk ba kereta bakanya munyi ko iya madah malam tu tadi). It was not a surprise to me, when YB Joe mentioned that most iban YB's are not "millionaire"!! (sad to learnt but that's the fact). Owner Dragon Seafood, duhal ex-communist, was introduced to YB by Dr Richard W... sekali iya berandau pasal politik M'sia (S'wak) "padam sedu" tudah YB Joe ninga utai di sebut iya pasal printah BN and what the chinese community predict the next state election will be?? (we just wait & see, whether their predictions are correct of vice versa) what he said was all pain truth!! Aku senyum dalam ati, cina ko kitai berani bersuara!! Sebedau iya mupok kediri, he apologized for being "loud" but he only wants to share the truth of his heart,what he thinks of the BN gov't policies towards the chinese community.
We had few dishes, one particular dish which they prepare differently from usual was "Umai Miding".. nice, baka ngaga umai paku ikan.. ila ka try ngaga miding bakanya. Edwin and Surik came later to join us, as both of them just got back from Kapit and LA respectively that evening.Thank you YB Dtk Joe E for treating us... Buat lah selalu ko kitia.. hehehehe (kenyang amai kami sebuat esp. our table which is less than 10 of us. A nice dinner to end 2nd week of September.. God bless us all.
