Every year Hari Wanita is celebrated in the month of August, this year it is celebrated in December, the postponement to December, due to the Fasting month which falls in the month of August 2010. The function was organised by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community, organising chairlady that night was Cr Susan from SUPP. NGO's Associations and Political parties were invited to celebrate the Hari Wanita 1 Malaysia, held at Melinau 1 Ballroom, Imperial Palace Hotel, Miri. CardiO exercise to kick-off then followed by Cr Susan speech and then makan time.. buffet dinner. It was free-sitting, GOH was Tan Sri George Chan also present were YB Datuk Lee Kim Shin and YB Andy Chia... they came in late as they had other function to attend.

a good topicWhile we had our dinner, fashion show modelling baju kurung, kebaya, office and casual wear from Santek material produce locally, factory located at Kuala Baram; followed by Mdm Florince Christy Talk on Image Factors.. I went back immediately after the Talk on Image Factors as I had bad "tummy upset", spent most of my time at Mr Loo (nasip toilet nya baru and clean); what a night to remember!
