Dance to a Healthier Body and Mind : 11.08.2010

Sini sana munyi ko lagu Dtk CT.. orang bejako pasal kesihatan tubuh, minda. Ni ke dalam magazine, newspaper bisi ga madah pemanah exercise, meri tips etc.. Bala colleagues ke enggau aku kerja udah start magang nurun "brisk walking" ba padang KRP.. Bisi 2 iko kaban mai aku "cardio exercise or dance for fitness" siko mai ba Taman Yakin, siko mai ba Tmn Tunku. Bedau meh aku kekebut, agik rindu nyimpan lemak dalam tubuh.."puasa" aja keno!

Last week, meda program TV3 Nona, apuuu amai bajik Model nya bisi 4 iko anak, tubuh langsing, mua agik tegang and most of all she has beautiful black long wavy hair... (buok ke deka ati meh knya)... enda ingat ke nama model nya! So, model tu meh, motivated me that i must do something about myself. Tambah mega suluati madah kediri ngagai gym belama.. haizzzz ko dlm ati ku "sesais memagang org aarrr".

Bisi kawan aku Oli R.. madah ke aku, "mau ikOt aku gi CardiO exercise, 1st trial pegi free" ko iya. Okay lah, mun free mau lah aku pegi ko aku. Asal free sigi laju aku.. hahahaha
Au back to dance for fitness exercise manah ba aku, laban iya enda boring, kitai ulih ngayun ke kaki, jari, goyang punggung, ngitih ke rentak lagu.. rancak agik lagu, virgorous agik ga movement tubuh kitai, maioh agik ga peluh pansut.. muai toxic ke dalam tubuh. Benefits of cardio dancing iya ulih ngurang ke berat tubuh, ulih meri posture tubuh kitai slim, ulih mengawal tekanan fikiran, meningkatkan tenaga, membina otot ba lengan, perut, pungung enggau peha serta ulih mengurangkan tekanan darah.

Udah pikirx2 ka aku register myself with MISA LUVI Dance & Fitness Studio operated by 4 siblings. Tokeyneo agik biak Michelle di tulong 3 iko menyadik iya, 2 iko indu & siko laki. Studio tu operates from Monday till Friday, two sessions: 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm and 6:30 p.m till 7:30 pm. Registration Fees di bagi 2 iti option : one for VIP member, one for Regular member. VIP Member mayar RM100 and Regular Member mayar RM10, udahnya ngitih brapa kali session di ambik kitai dlm sebulan.. VIP member murah about RM10 to RM20 then Regular member. It is situated at Boulevard area, 2nd floor on top of CIMB Bank. Begambar nadai kala miss ko kitai.



Tu gambar tokeyneo ke empu Dance & Fitness Studio.. Ms Michelle(t-shirt putih), ke baju chelum nya kerja diak, iya ngambik attendance enggau ngambik fees. Very friendly tokeyneo enggau assistant iya nya.. nya ke ngasuh anak ati aku ka ngeregister diri ba studio tu. Tambah mega bisi Oli, Vic & Lina bisi enggau aku kia.


Surprisingly tadi ku pegi dancing, i don't feel pain or tired, compared two years ago when i join Love Dance Studio ba Tmn Yakin, engka laban aku udah nemu cimit movement and steps and when we exercise we should not feel pain, ti kitai bisi feel pain means bisi salah stretching or overdo. "wah, cepat juga kamu bepeluh ko assistant ngena baju chelum nya ngelara aku nyau peluh tusul".. ukai tau begerak cimit tubuh aku tu, alo bepeluh, kurus aja alo bedaux2... stubborn amai ga lemak dalam tubuh aku tu ko kitai. Bisi ku tebaca, ngitih ke pansik.."you can certainly add two or three years of life-span on average by exercising regularly - even if you don't start until later in life".
Bah aram meh kitai samax2 nyaga kesihatan tubuh enggau minda kitai by exercise enda ngira nama types of exercise which ever suits us best. Anang ngira umur udah tuai, nyau lembau exercise it should not be the case as we can benefit from exercise at any age. Just begin by doing light exercises and slowly build up the pace as we go along.. Meransang kita, meransang aku empu meh tu...

  2. KS > ulih nn join aku kia, ti ba Tmn Yakin, maioh tuai agik ari tua, bisi meh enggau, good exercise for women. U can go for 1st time trial, it's free, if you think it suits you, can sign-up.
