Two days before 1st May 2010

EndO berasai udah apOs ga bulan April... time really flies. Berita pemadO manah di terima saritu, "tembawai lama" udah bebini baru last week, wishing him true happiness with his new wife. Thank you for being a part of me at one time, you were there when I needed you most, we plan everything, but God has his own plan, I accept with open heart and; now am truly blessed and happy with my new man (Laymeng@ Rambo). He means the world to me, I've got everything I've always wanted in a man, God is awesome! He knows what's best for His Children, thank you dear God.

Ist May tu, Labour's Day, opis Shell pegilO bisi bridging leave in lieu of 1st May... namO endO meh pengawO aku pegilO?? Udah danji keluar lunch enggau bala RAUPS makai ba Muara, makai Lelapan all time favourite dish for lunch. So, many upcoming events in the month of May; especially pre gawai celebration, Miri City etc.. etc...

GET TO KNOW PRS WOMEN EXCO - 17.04.2010

PRS Women Exco meeting ends at 11:45 a.m., we were invited to have a "small makan" with them at PRS Office, Pujut 6. I believe the food was prepared by PRS Women Lambir Div. Here are some photos taken.

Few attended the simple gathering as most women are working on Saturday especially those working with private sectors. As usual our dedicated and loyal Mr Chairman of Lambir, will always be present when there are function held at PRS Office because he's the custodian of the premises. More pics.

Eventho, it was a small crowd, we manage to mingle with one another, they came from other divisions such as Bintulu, Limbang & Kuching. Really nice to meet up with them, hopefully will get to meet them again in the near future.

Agik ka asai makai curry chicken tengah ari nya, semadi ingat ke bisi dinner malamnya, nya meh "kuntrul ayu " hehehe " pandai org ke masak curry chicken, sedap!"

PRS DINNER - 17.04.2010

PRS Dinner @ Mega Hotel organised by PRS Wanita Lambir Division headed by Mdm Regina who was also the Organising Chairlady of the event. Wanita Senadin & Wanita Pujut also lend their hands in selling tickets, ushering guests and VIP, Guest of Honor, collection of Suara Emas, selling of peanuts, selling of Lucky Draw coupons @ RM2 each (my 1st experience "selling of lucky draw coupons) good idea! Aku ti pasal "Lucky Draw" never being lucky; except one time in my life, I was lucky! sinu mai ninga!! Anyway, there's a saying "Every successful man there's a woman behind it", but this time round the Dinner would not be success if it's not because of the hard-work, support & guidance from no other than the Chairman Lambir Division, Mr Pandang Semat, I believe he's the man behind it and of course with the help of his lovely wife Daisy. Thumbs-up Mr Chairman!! hopefully, you will continue to guide and give moral support to the other PRS Wanita Division in Miri.

YB Mong Dagang was the Guest of Honor, YB Senator Doris Brodie, Datuk Hassan Sui, YB Rosey Yunus, YB Ahmad Lai, Temenggung Atong and Cr Eda Igar was also present at the dinner. Special guests singer invited was Ganing Hassan, he gave few famous numbers of his own songs. Another special apperance was Mdm Nyok of Kapit who entertained us with one song titled "Apai Dom"...which she modified the lyrics to her version and called it "Apai Igat"...then followed by "pantun" which she's well-known of her "beautiful, magical voice", the pantun was dedicated especially for YB Mong and she was requested to give "pantun" to YB Senator Doris that night. She did and it was amazing how she can really ryhme the pantun melodiously in a split of a seconds, I must say she's so gifted!

While waiting for the Guest of Honor to come, manah beposing keno kena muai jam, aku sigi nyadi juru kamiha, taja kamiha aku enda se-canggih enggau Mr Chairman Lambir hehehe tang boleh lah... (malu endar asai malam nya, di kelala org "indu SPDP", nama gaga ba PRS ko!?? Tuseah ka xplain dlm dunia politik)

Highlight of the night, was the cutting of the "Congratulations Cake" by PRS Wanita Lambir Division to YB Senator Doris Brodie on a her recent appointment as Senator by Yang the Pertuan Agong of M'sia.

MC of the night was Mr Senan and RTM DJ Margaret Anin. Gambar Ganing Hassan and Mdm Nyok of Kapit...

The message delivered by YB Mong Dagang women can be successful and at par with men, a good example to women is our own PRS Exco Wanita Chief, the newly appointed YB Senator Doris Brodie. YB Mong also stressed that husband should give moral support to their wives to participate in politics and other activities organise by NGO's bodies. YB Senator Doris also reminded women to be more active in contributing and participate in activities organise by party and NGO's bodies. She believes that if a women wants to develop themselves to meet the global challenges which is so drastic; and only through their active involvement and participation in any activities organise either in party or NGO's bodies, women can be at the same pace with women globally in particular the dayak women. Women are believe to be a great contributor to build a nation and one day it will not be a surprise if a woman will lead Sarawak or Malaysia as YB Mong mentioned that evening. So women, we should be proud of ourselves today as we are given the opportunity to prove ourselves that we are no longer the "weak" gender, gone were the days of "women behind the kitchen".
