Hang Out with Best Friends

Not just anyone can be called our best friend, it is a title held for the "few and priviledged". Do you have a true best friend? I am sure everyone does... personally the term "best friend" is more than someone that we've seen everyday or grown up with... A best friend is someone with whom you've known since childhood but can also be someone that you've just met. I only knew bro Martin M & Mrs last year, but I felt like I've known them for years, because whenever they have something to eat, to share, this couple never miss to invite me to join our usual crowd, it's their thoughtfullness, hospitality and kindness that makes me feels at ease when I'm with them, I regard both of them as my "big bro and sis"; such a wonderful & lovely couple. Thank you bro Martin & Mrs for inviting me makanx2 yesterday evening, the fish curry, sharkfin soup and sushi (ikan kelisi & yu) was superb!

Last Wednesday, siko da ga madi baru pulai ari Nigeria, ti datai ari tasik, never miss melanja aku and friends... nya meh pementas, penyiru bala madi.. selalu ingat ke kaban apa lagi baka aku diatu nadai kerja, ukai bisi "pak usen", nasip meh bisi bala madi nadai kala ngelaung ke aku, semak enggau jauh sida tetap ingat, sungguh terharu .. Am so blessed indeed to have a great friends like them. Sapa enda ngelala madi aku siko tu; munyi ko slogankata iya.."gamal jaie, ati cukup sigat" hehehe di belanja iya makai tunu janek and ikan panggang sultan ba Terminal Pujut Bus.. nyau udah berubah tempat nya diatu... semua orang ke mangang enggau tempat makai ba siti corner, so more parking space diatu. Last weekend, immediately after the 10th PR S'wak over, we gathered as we have not been doing so lately, everyone were busy esp. with the recent election. I don't have to mention, by looking at the photos, we are glad that they did not win the recent election, but we've learnt what they had gone thru' as they shared their experience with us, on the thoughts of our "rumah panjai" people about BN component and Opposition alliance. I believe the next election, we in particular the "dayaks' should be more prepared in meeting the expectations of those in rural areas. We should regard the recent 10th PR S'wak election as an "eye-opener" to the dayak community; nevertheless, from today onwards, let's see whether the BN gov't is able to deliver their promises to S'wak people within the next 5 years. Anyway, let's forget about politics, friendship is more important than anything else, we must stick to one another thru' thick & thin.."ka iya kaban, ti iya jaie aku tetap ingat sampai bilax2" munyi ko Bunyau, sama penemu kami duai..tusah ka percaya ke kaban diatu, depan mulut manis, blkg ati bulat, lebihx2 agik ti orang nya orang yang paling rapat serta di ke sayau ke kitai (laki/bini/gfren/bfren); semina ulih beserah aja ngagai Tuhan, biar Tuhan meh malas pemanah ati budi iya; asal kitai nadai niat ataupun ka jaie enggau sapax2 dulu lebihx2 agik enggau orang di ke sayau ke kitai.

To conclude: True definition of a best friend is someone that knows you inside, probably he/she knows you better than anyone you can think of, and sometimes better than you know yourself. He/she has seen you at your worst, and helped you be your best. Best friends always talk about the future in terms of "we, knowing that they will be best friends for life. No words can express how grateful am I to have superb & wonderful best friends; "when I'm down, sad you cheer me up, when I'm happy you share my happiness, thank you all for being with me"..Love iEg.
