Sisters Day Out: 01.10.11

Welcoming a month of October, had breakfast at MiriCity Food Court. Why I called it "Sisters Day Out", mom's sister came from LA last Monday, and going home Saturday, taking night flight to Kuching and to LA the next day (Sunday). Mom with her sister, iEg and sister, my nieces (Amanda & Ayleesa - sisters), my daughter(Chill) & my sister's daughter (Cumi)...so it was "Sisters Day Out".

After we had breakfast at Miri City, we went shopping to Bintang Mall (Paxen); "Ni Parkson @ Bintang Mall ko orang Miri", asked my uncle Tr....time membeli blouse ke mom & her sister paling melucukan, maioh macam comment seduai, ari rega, design etc.... sampai cina meh di padah seduai, nama nyual baju nadai kedeka ati, nadai manah siti... ti mar, ti ngam ba ati, beli aku ko aunty...isshh!! isshh!! In the end uncle Tr ngasuh seduai meli material udah nya anjung ngagai tailor, awak ke badu mutapx2....me & sister just lelekik ketawa ninga randau sida 3... the children, bejalai kediri udah milih baju ke little Arthur... me & sister nawinggss mom & her sister...gambarx2 candid.

but just have to wear blouse di beli anakx2 & menantu hehehe

We were at Bintang Mall from 12 noon till 3:00 p.m., after shopping,

off we went to my sister's house at Desa Murni..

What a day, shopping with family members, a good start to welcome the month of October.....reached my home at 5:00 p.m, then rush to get ready for the evening....till then, stay tuned...Part II of 01.10.11.

"Wake Me Up When September Ends"..30.09.2011

Today is the last day of September... 30th! Time really flies... tomorrow is already 1st day of October.... can't wait for month of September ends... too many bad & shocking news in the month of September... I pray that the month of October will be good to me & to all.

What I did last week of September... last Wednesday, mom's sister and hubby came to Miri, visit their newborn uchu, anak cousin Matthew; 11 years waiting after their 2nd child was born and they were so delighted knowing it's a baby boy (iEg bedau meda nephew Arthur, nama nyO di beri aku.. bisi cerita sebalik nama nya...initially, sida ka meri nama baby boy nya Merlin, laban sida sebilik minat amai cerita Merlin...somehow it does not match laban nama anakx2 indu starts with a letter "A"... nya aku madah, lapa enda meri nama prince Arthur, kan Arthur nya king ke di jaga Merlin...so sida sebilik pun agreed, begitu lah al-kisah sebenarnya); nasip bisi pisbup, arinya meh aku meda gambar newborn nephew Arthur. Congrats! to cousin Matthew & wife Florance on the newborn baby boy.

Wai Melati Biru aka Dayung Sarawak, minta ampun nadai ulih datai dinner malam tu ba Imperial Palace, celebrate Apai Meera's niki pangkat "Executive".... padah ngagai Daddy Meera (M) manyx2 thanks laban ingat ke aku and udah invite aku, my sister & her hubby. Ti enda nadai aku ka nulak invitation nn wai... ti aunty & uncle nadai datai ari LA, gerenti aku datai malam tu... al maklum lah, my aunty & uncle last visited Miri about 10 years ago... nya meh enggai enda makai begulai enggau seduai malam tu ba rumah Daddy Armand. Lastly, heartiest congratulations ngagai Daddy Meera aka "M" on his promotion, awak ke meruan berkat Tuhan and mujur dalam semua pengawa... God bless you wai Nita and beloved family.

25 September : Special Thanks to SIDS Miri... especially wai Indai Jill aka Sabugay remembering my birthday.... never thought that anyone would remember my birthday since my birthday had past (last weekend); "anang enda datai meeting" ko Indai Jill reminded me, auk ko aku... laban nya "meeting", nadai hal laun datai...hehehe... ti Indai Jill bisi meri hint cimit madah bisi acara" netak kek", gehenti tumu aku datai.... tu minta ampun wai Indai Jill, laban laun datai...nasip bday kek bedau abis di empa kita hehehe...Maia ku nanya Shirly," sapa empu cake nya... nya Shirly nyaut, sapa ada bulan 9... "aku" ko aku... enggi nn meh nyO", "huh"! I felt so bad & guilty laban laun datai and at the same time felt so touched....Anyway, am so blessed to have friends like you (wai Indai Jill) and SIDS ladies...Thank you so much for the time to celebrate my birthday, eventho' it's just a cup of tea, it does meant so much to me... the thoughts that counts! 24 September: Sweat Out... Brisk Walk & Jogging with daughter.

Last aku brisk walk ba bukit ipOt tu two years ago. Kemarik, nyau renjan amai bukit tu... nyau pedis betis, nasip aku niki, mata panas udah turun, endO meh berasai lelak... tambah bisi betemu enggau cousin aku... endO berasai ga peninggi bukit bisi cousin enggau berandau, anak dara aku ukai ka ngantik, tetanjun iyO dulu ngebu kediri ari aku, aku nurun iya niki... iya niki aku nurun.... iya dua kali round, aku baru se-raun... berasai amai udah tuai.... ati ke agik biak belama hahaha

Apax2 pun iEg tetap cekalkan ati, mesti niki bukit nyO baru or nguji Taman Awam just across *winks*

Purposely choose today, Sunday 25 September 2011, because this is the Lord's Day. Every month has it's own story, has it's own memories to each one of us who lives ...Month of September what does it brings?? Gladness & Sadness....Yes! that's life all about... Why do I say that: Recap.... 1st week of September... I received a sad news, knowing a friend who always write me an email, saying "hello" or "nama berita wai shulu?", Hope everything is Ok with you.." those are his words to me... how sad he was called to be with the Lord... doctor diagnosed he died of "blood clot" in his brain... still young left a young wife and children who still needs his care & love... then that weekend, I attended a friend daughter's Wedding.

2nd week of September.... still sad over a friend's death, in the morning of Sunday 11th, received sms from an old friend, a shocking news!! A close friend's husband just passed away... leaving a young wife and 3 little children.... 'stroke' it could be high cholesterol which cause heart failure...so scary!! Look so healthy from the outside, but no one can tell what we suffers from the inside....the night before I received the shocking news, I attended Community Dinner.

3rd week of September....hearing so many bad news following my birthday week, it makes me feel so sad and "life is so fragile" (today you see, tomorrow gone) ko wai EtE..."pengidup kitai mensia enda salah baka kamalayang lemai" (tumbuh mun lemai dahnya peda padam sebedau malam) ko wai KS....(wai EtE and KS sama bisi nerima berita enda manah dalam family seduai, berita pemati..) ta nadai berita bukai meh di dinga kami....that is why I agreed with what they said about life...

The week of my birthday, I was down with bad cough, ngujung ke aku kena asthma, had to see doctor and the doctor told me that my air-passage or lungs are closed that makes me hard to breathe which is very true.... so I was given a "nab" on Thursday evening. After the "nab", then I can breathe normally.. (kena anu LutOr Noor meh aku laban endO terus ke clinic)... ka nyadi "heroine" kunun tudah iEg...meda diri ka celebrate bestday, baru umur "9" taun...(4 +5) = 9 enda bedau biak ko kita? *winks* This year my birthday falls on Saturday, and I was invited to attend aunty Helen's daughter Wedding Reception, that's the reason I did not celebrate my birthday; somehow I felt super duper happy, because there was "No Surprise Birthday" for me from friends (SAA, Flora, Majuin, AiE, Queen, Lene, Jean & Cath)...I hate surprises laban udah tuai enggai di surprisex2 *I know they did, but I managed to say "No" politely* hehehe...I may managed to escape from my friends; But God gave me a "Surprise Birthday Gift"...hahaha (can't help it, but laugh at myself) least expected, with gladness & joy... I say, Thank you Dear Lord Jesus... You're an Awesome God. You Gotcha me! Friends our Heavenly Father is alive and I believe He has four gifts for us:

1. A Key for every Problem

2. A Light for every Shadow

3. A Plan for every Tomorrow and

4. A Joy for every Sorrow.

The very next day 18 September.... I bought a blueberry cake for me and my little nephew who shares the same birthdate....we celebrated it together at iEg humble nest with family members.

Infact, am so delightful knowing, from last year and the coming years I will be sharing birthday with my little angel Gilchrist, who is close to me, endO agik iya manja enggau mummy iyO empu... nyO mummy iyO geram meda iyO hehehe.... just loves to be with me, we always sing "twinkle, twinkle little star"....photos below taken August 2011.

Kelimpah ari my little nephew who shares birthday with me in the month of September are these beautiful ladies....Wishing all these ladies who celebrate their birthdays on September... A Blessed & Happy Birthday and May God continue to guide, bless you ladies with excellent health and happiness in Life; May there be many more birthdays to come.

wai Melati Biru aka Nita..birthday falls on 18 September a day after my birthday, we have been celebrating our birthday together for the last 15 years... our friendship is still going strong... love you wai Nita.

my friend Supang Bala, celebrates her birthday on 8 September,... you are so blessed my friend, sharing the same date with Mother Mary, Virgin Mary.

sis Jean birthday falls on 15 September, and she shared the same birthdate with Sultan Brunei's late father..Begawan.

All the above ladies are Virgos. Mang AiE & sis Christy both of them shared the same birthdate, that is today 25 September.... Libras ladies...Happy Birthday to both of you my sweet lovely sisters.

To wrap up my birthday note... thank you dear Lord Jesus, you have bless me with beautiful & wonderful years and; may your abundant blessings, grace, everlasting love continue to be upon me and my loved ones from this day onwards...looking at how fragile life is, I stand firm and proclaim God's word as in Psalm 91;7 "A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you!"... this verse keeps me going, gives me the strength to live well, laugh often and to love life with all my heart.

My birthday wish is...to have a Blessed Life!
